Elena is the Business Manager Associate for the Graduate College. She manages the budgets and day-to-day business activities of the unit. Elena provides support for graduate assistant appointments and monitors the Graduate College Fellowship appointees (Thurgood Marshall, WMU GEP, Dissertation Completion Fellowship and Doctoral Scholars).
