Learn to Lift
Work with a certified personal trainer in a welcoming, friendly group environment that promotes a sense of belonging and accountability. Learn to Lift is a program that meets twice a week for five weeks designed for participants of all fitness levels. During each one hour session, a personal trainer will lead you and a small group of individuals through a creative, fun and dynamic workout experience. Sessions take place in the aerobics studio, functional training space, and weight room at the Student Recreation Center.
Session components:
- 60 minutes of group training with a certified personal trainer.
- Proper warm up and cool down designed for each day's workout.
- Full body workout that includes strength and cardio components.
- Utilize a variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and more.

- 4 to 5 p.m.
- Mondays and Wednesdays

- Session B:
- 7:30 to 8:30 a.m.
- Wednesdays and Fridays
- Sept. 16 - Oct. 16
*each session is limited to six participants.

WMU Students & SRC Members - $55
Western Wellness Members - $45
*Registration fee includes all training session, training manual and handouts.
SRC access is required for all participants.
