Learn to Lift

Work with a certified personal trainer in a welcoming, friendly group environment that promotes a sense of belonging and accountability. Learn to Lift is a program that meets twice a week for five weeks designed for participants of all fitness levels. During each one hour session, a personal trainer will lead you and a small group of individuals through a creative, fun and dynamic workout experience. Sessions take place in the aerobics studio, functional training space, and weight room at the Student Recreation Center.

Session components:

  • 60 minutes of group training with a certified personal trainer.
  • Proper warm up and cool down designed for each day's workout.
  • Full body workout that includes strength and cardio components.
  • Utilize a variety of equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, resistance bands and more.
