University Recreation at Western Michigan University offers a wide range of fitness classes to meet your fitness needs. Motivating, enthusiastic and energy-packed instructors will lead you in classes that consist of a variety of cardiovascular activities, as well as strengthening, flexibility and relaxation exercises designed to meet the needs of all fitness levels. Passes are required for admission to all classes.

Single class drop-in: $3
Group fitness (online only) pass: $15
Group fitness (in-person and online) pass: $35
Unlimited fitness pass (F45 & group fitness): $99

*Bronco ID must be presented to get into class.

Please note most in-person fitness classes will be capped at 30 due to COVID-19 space limitations. Virtual attendees for all classes will be capped at 99.

We encourage you to arrive 15 minutes prior to all in-person fitness classes.

*SRC Access is required for in-person participation. 

Physical activity readiness

Completion of the physical activity readiness questionnaire is required prior to initial participation.
