University Recreation at Western Michigan University offers a wide range of fitness and wellness opportunities to meet your needs. Due to COVID-19 modifications, many of our classes and in-person opportunities are limited. We typically offer aquatic exercise classes, fitness classes, personal training, wellness workshops and more. There are some fees associated with some of the programs and passes may be necessary for admission to certain classes. Additionally, completion of a physical activity readiness questionnaire is required prior to initial participation.
