University Recreation at Western Michigan University offers a wide range of fitness and wellness opportunities to meet your needs. We offer aquatic exercise classes, fitness classes, personal training, wellness workshops and more. There are fees associated with some of the programs and passes are necessary for admission to all classes. Additionally, completion of a physical activity readiness questionnaire is required prior to initial participation.
