University Recreation is the hub of campus activity at Western Michigan University. We take pride in all that we do for the campus community, but we also take great pride in our staff here at University Recreation. We feel that our student employees and professional staff make up some of the most knowledgeable and enthusiastic workers on campus.

The SRC accepts most applications in three main hiring periods outlined below. If you have any questions about our hiring process, please contact Jordan Olson, Associate Director for Facilities and Programs.

Spring 2023 HIRING PROCESS
Applications for Spring 2023 jobs will open in early October. Priority consideration for Spring SRC jobs will be given to those who apply before November 4. After November 4, applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis until a full staff is assembled.
Interested applicants are required to attend an mandatory open call meeting to learn more about working for the department and the open positions. Upcoming open call dates will be announced below.
