Fall 2026 Hiring Process
Applications for the Fall 2026 semester are now open. Candidates who submit their application by July 24 will receive priority consideration. After the priority deadline, applicants will be invited to a virtual open call where they'll learn more about University Recreation, explore available positions, and hear what it's like to work at the Student Recreation Center.
Hiring Timelines
University Recreation hires student employees during three primary recruitment periods throughout the year. While some positions may become available outside of these windows, most opportunities follow the timeline below.
Fall Positions
- Apply: May–July
- Interviews: July–August
Spring Positions
- Apply: October–November
- Interviews: November–December
Summer Positions
- Apply: February–March
- Interviews: March–April
