Online Portal & Mobile App

Mobile App Download Temporarily Unavailable

Due to some changes in the iOS and Google Play stores, our mobile app is currently unavailable for download for new members. We are working to address these issues as quickly as possible. In the meantime, you can still use our online portal through your phone.

All SRC members now have access to our online portal. Our new online portal allows members to stay up-to-date with what is happening at the SRC, register for programs and classes, track your usage and more! WMU students, faculty and staff have different login instructions than the other members. Please follow the instructions below on how to login and access the portal and mobile app. Links to the portal and mobile app are at the top of the page and below. You can also search "WMU SRC" in your app store.

Member Photos

Our online portal does not communicate with the Bronco Card office system for photos. Please be aware that if we do not currently have a photo in our system, you will be asked to have your photo taken by our staff to add to your profile. This will help us with security and identifying our members when you enter the facility.

Portal Login Instructions

  • Navigate to the online portal website.
  • Click Login with SSO. Do not use any other link or login option on the page.
  • Click SSO Login button.
  • Login with your WMU credentials (BroncoNet ID and password). If prompted, you will need to use the DUO second factor authorization.
  • Navigate to the online portal website.
  • If this is your first time on the portal, click the "Access My Account" link on the upper right hand corner of the page. Enter your first name, last name, and e-mail address that we have on file. If your information is not found, please contact Mike Berdowski via e-mail or 269-387-3115 to verify your e-mail address.
  • Other users that have used the portal previously can login with their assigned username and password.
  • If you have forgotten your password, you can use the forgot password link with your assigned email in order to reset your password.

Mobile App Login Instructions

The mobile app does not use SSO for login. Since WMU students, faculty and staff use SSO to login to the portal, you must follow these instructions to set up your mobile app login.

  • Navigate to the online portal login page. Instead of clicking "Login with SSO", click "Forgot Password".
  • Enter your full WMU email address to have a password reset link sent to your email. It is mandatory to use your full WMU email address format that includes your name, not BroncoNet ID.
  • When you receive the email, click on the link that was sent to you.
  • Enter and confirm your new password.
  • Launch the mobile app on your phone, and use your BroncoNet ID and this password to login to the app.
  • Launch mobile app on your phone.
  • Use your portal login credentials to login to the mobile app.
