Join us as we celebrate the health and well-being of the undergraduate and graduate students, faculty and staff at Western Michigan University. 

  • Free workouts all day.
  • Chance to win prizes and giveaways.
  • Must have Bronco ID card to enter SRC.

Schedule of Events

  • Tour the Student Recreation Center (SRC)
  • Bring your Bronco ID card and workout clothes and use the SRC
  • Receive information regarding memberships, fitness programs and intramural sports.
  • Try a fitness class.
  • Retirees are eligible for a free membership.
  • Sign up for Holtyn Wellness assessments
  • Free Pickleball from Noon to 1 p.m.
  • Therapy dog
  • Vendor tables (Blue Cross Blue Shield, Pepsi, Holtyn & Associates, HelpNet, Sindecuse Health Center, Health Promotion and Education, Human Resources)

  • Primal Flow from 12:10-12:55 p.m. with Emma (Aerobics studio)

  • Barre from 5:15-5:45 p.m. with Kersten  (Aerobics studio)
  • F45 from 5:20-6:05 p.m. (F45 Studio)
  • Club Step from 6-6:30 p.m. with Maddy (Aerobic studio)
  • CycleFit from 6:15-7 p.m. with Jake (CycleFit studio)
  • Tighten & Tone from 6:45-7:15 p.m. with Brooke (Aerobics studio)
  • Zumba from 7:30-8 p.m. with Chania and Brittney (Aerobics studio)
  • Big Pink Volleyball (First floor basketball court)
  • Carnival Games sponsored by CAB (Indoor tennis courts)
  • Club Sports open house
