Giving Day Walk/Run Fundraiser

We are excited to invite students, faculty, staff and community members to join us for the first-ever College of Arts and Sciences Giving Day Walk/Run Fundraiser. Registrants will participate by running or walking Kanley Track from 10 a.m. to noon in an effort to encourage alumni and friends to sponsor them through flat donations that will support scholarships, research, and creative activities in the College of Arts and Sciences.

Join us for music, prizes, fresh air and a chance to support the students and faculty of Arts and Sciences!

• Study abroad scholarships
• Retention scholarships
• Research and creative activities

Challenges

• The first fifty participants to register will receive an Arts and Sciences swag bag.
• Any gifts made at $55 or more gets you a pair of exclusive Bronco Socks.
• Dr. Leigh Ford will be donating $1 to the School of Communication for every student, staff and faculty member from the SoC that participates in the walk/run fundraiser.

• If we are able to reach 200 supporters, the College of Arts and Sciences will receive a $5,000 Challenge Gift from one of our generous alumni.

Register to run or walk by filling out the fields below. Information on where to pick up your registration packet will be sent to the WMU email address you provide. All registrants will be required to sign a waiver upon check in at the event. If you have questions or concerns please click here to email us and someone will respond to you within 24 hours.
