Dunbar Hall Room Reservations
Reserve Dunbar Hall's non-academic spaces (seminar and conference rooms) for Western Michigan University staff, faculty, and students. Review room details, choose the suitable space, and submit requests at least five days in advance.
*Note: If you are looking to reserve an academic classroom, please submit your request through 25Live which is managed by the Registrar.
Seminar Rooms
Seminar rooms can seat between 10 and 12 people. Amenities include table, chairs, whiteboard and Crestron control units.
Conference Rooms
Conference rooms (Rooms 425, 433 and 3501) are first-come-first-served and can seat between 4 and 6 people. Amenities include table, chairs and whiteboard.
Study Rooms
Study rooms (Rooms 1402, 2210, 2212, 3436 and 4436) are first-come-first-served.
Wellness Rooms
Wellness Rooms (Rooms 1404 and 2501) are first-come-first-served. Amenities include comfortable seating, lamp, end table and lockable doors.
