Educational Leadership: Organizational Analysis Leadership (Ph.D.)
Application deadlines
The priority deadline for fall semester is January 15; this is the only the only deadline for applicants who wish to be considered for a graduate assistantship (DGA), in which you work up to 20 hours per week in exchange for tuition and a stipend.
A second deadline for fall semester is March 1; no graduate assistantship funding is available for applications completed between January 16 and March 1.
Your application must be fully completed by January 15 or March 1 (not just submitted). We recommend you submit your application at least two weeks prior to the deadline to ensure recommenders have time to complete their recommendations by the deadline.
Resume/Curriculum Vitae (CV)
A resume or curriculum vitae (CV) is required; please submit within the online application system.
Graduate test
This program does not require the General GRE or GMAT.
Note: International applicants may have to provide evidence of English language proficiency. More information can be found within the online application.
Recommendations
This program requires three recommendations. Please send email requests for such recommendations from within the online system.
Written statement
Please prepare a statement which covers the following information, and attach it within the online application:
Write a Career and Professional Goals Narrative in which you clearly describe your professional goals, and how this doctoral program fits with those goals. (Note: this narrative should be no more than 4 double-spaced pages, and will be considered as a writing sample from you).

Transcript requirement
An official transcript from the institution from which you received your bachelor degree is required, as well as a transcript from the institution(s) where any additional graduate level courses or degrees have been taken/completed. Applicants are not required to submit an official transcript of courses taken/completed at WMU.
Applicants are strongly encouraged to upload an unofficial copy of their transcript to the application in order to expedite the review process.
