Kevin Abbott

Kevin Abbott, Director of the Virtual Imaging Technology Lab and the Center for Advancing Art and Research at Western Michigan University, has been combining media technology with the arts for over 20 years. An accomplished designer, artist, and animator, Kevin has worked with a wide variety of media technologies including motion capture, 3D modeling and animation, stereoscopic projections, virtual reality, and video games. His current work focuses on blending motion capture, dance, animation using real-time rendering technology.
