Renovations at Zhang Legacy Collections Center
We completed some minor renovations at the Zhang Legacy Collections Center this fall, adding:
- A preservation space, allowing staff to care for materials onsite rather than transporting them to Waldo Library.
- A researcher station in an adjacent staff area, offering workspace to visiting researchers while classes are using the Reading Room.
Refresh of former Meader Room
We refreshed the former Meader Room in Waldo Library’s third floor to make it an inviting new quiet Reading Room. It’s a popular destination for students looking for a quiet escape from distractions.
Collaboration areas in Waldo Library
Waldo Library’s collaboration areas are always packed with students who need a spot for group meetings or a whiteboard to diagram their work.
Micro study spaces across Waldo Library
We’ve been creating new nooks and micro study spaces across Waldo Library, taking advantage of the building’s unique architecture and stunning views.
