Do you have hidden culinary talents? Help students rise above the heat of exam pressure by sharing your favorite chili recipe at the first-ever CAS Chili Cook-Off. Let's boost spirits and create some good fun competition!
All faculty and staff are eligible to participate. We encourage you to join in the fun and REGISTER to compete!
When? Tuesday, December 11 from 10:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Where? Dunbar Hall Lobby
Who? Faculty, staff, students are all invited to compete and attend
Winners? Dean Koretsky will make the announcement on December 12
CAS will provide:
- Sample cups and spoons
- Ingredient labels
- Extension cord
- Setup and folks to hand out samples
- Voting box and ballots
Participant information:
- Submit ingredient list on or before December 4 to finalize registration
- Chili should be delivered hot in a slow cooker or warming device with a ladle
- Drop off time is between 10:00-10:30 a.m.
- Pick up slow cookers by 5:00 p.m. on December 11
