Apply for Open Educational Resources adoption grants
Western faculty and instructors are invited to apply for grant funding to adopt Open Educational Resources (OER) for their summer or fall 2026 and spring 2027 courses. The University Libraries will award up to five $1,000 grants. Grant applications due by April 17.
OERs are free and openly licensed and can replace traditional textbooks, helping students save money and allowing instructors to customize course content.
