Multipurpose Rooms

We support programming that aligns with our mission and the educational goals of Western Michigan University. WMU organizations and departments may request use of our multipurpose rooms for academic and scholarly activities.

Multipurpose Room 1070

A collaborative space that supports hybrid meetings, with wireless content sharing from any device to monitors around the room.

Features: Six wall-mounted monitors with a table and chairs near each, a large screen at the front of the room, an instructor station that allows control of everything, and a built-in microphone system.

Maxiumum capacity: 30

Location: Waldo Library, first floor near the central staircase.

Multipurpose Room 3016

A flexible space for educational programming, meetings and other events.

Features: Two ceiling-mounted projectors, tables and chairs, and a podium.

Maximum capacity: 

  • 108 with tables and chairs.
  • 150 with chairs only.

Location: Waldo Library, third floor off of rotunda.
