To-Go Options Using a Meal Plan
Meal Exchange
Meal Exchange offers students a quick and convenient way to use their meal plan swipes on remote campuses. Studens may use a Meal Exchange once each meal period. Supecific options at each location vary based on available food equipment and space, although each meal exchange includes one entrée, one side, one beverage and one piece of whole fruit.
Late-Night Carryout
Late-Night Carryout is available from Café 1903, located on the ground floor of the Valley Dining Center, very close to the Valley neighborhood residence halls. Students can use their meal plan to get a Late-Night Carryout meal once per evening, Monday through Thursday from 8 - 11 p.m. during the fall and spring semesters.
Late-Night includes the choice of: one-entrée, one side, one 16-oz fountain beverage and one piece of whole fruit.
Sick Tray
If you are a student with a meal plan, and have come down with a sickness or injury making it challenging to eat in the dining center, you may use the "Sick Tray" policy to get a meal from the dining center. Students are encouraged to enlist help from your roommate, friend or RA, to pick up a meal for you by bringing YOUR Bronco Card to the dining center and swiping YOUR meal plan. The enlisted individual should remember to let the cashier know that they are using someone else's Bronco Card for the meal swipe!
Please follow these instructions:
- Be sure to bring your Bronco Card, or provide your enlisted help with your Bronco Card to the dining center, as a meal will be deducted in order to get a carryout meal.
- Request a "carryout order form" from the cashier stand at the dining center.
- Make your selections from the options available on the carryout order form.
- A Dining Services employee will collect your items while you wait in the lobby area. Your selections are dependent on what is available at the time of your request. (No special requests are possible.)
