Student Center Dining - 3rd Floor
The Student Center Dining is a very popular weekday lunch destination, especially during the fall and spring semesters when the dining center is open Monday - Friday. During the summer sessions, the SCD is open 7 days a week, but with slightly consolidated services; in-between semesters and sessions, the SCD is closed.
Unique Student Center Dining Venue
Global Fusion
Global Fusion is unique to the Student Center Dining and features globally inspired cuisines with a daily rotating menu. The entrees are often prepared using the kabob grill, gyro spit or large woks. Open during the Fall and Spring semesters during lunch (11 a.m. - 2 p.m.) and dinner (5 - 8 p.m.).
SCD Fall and Spring Venue Hours
The Student Center Dining is open Monday - Friday during the fall and spring semesters, and stays open during academic federal holidays like Labor Day and MLK Day unless otherwise noted. During breaks, like Fall Break and Spring Break, the SCD offers a consolidated service (some venues are closed and hours differ). During university recesses, like Thanksgiving Recess, Winter Recess and in between semesters/sessions, the SCD is closed.
