Dining Hours

Due to ongoing supply chain issues, Dining Services may experience occasional product shortages. We are continuously working with our distribution partners to resolve issues and our team will work diligently to minimize the impact towards your campus dining​ experience. Spirit Day & Spring Break 2023 Hours

The Valley Dining Center and Café 1903 will have reduced hours and options beginning on Friday, March 3 through Sunday, March 12. Regular hours of service will resume on Monday, March 13.
 
While many venues at the Valley Dining Center will be available, please note that Cilantro's, Pacific Plate and baked pasta bowls from Pastaria will not be offered during the break. Popular items from Blazin' Bronco Grill will be served from the Traditions venue.
