Dining Services Hours
End of Spring Semester 2026
During Finals Week, Dining Services begins to consolidate services. The Valley Dining Center will close after lunch on Friday, May 1 and will remain closed for the summer. The SCD will reopen with Summer Hours after Finals Week on Monday, May 11 when Summer I begins.

Intersession Week - May 4 - 8
During intersession week, May 4 - 8, most Dining Services locations are closed because classes are not in session and meal plans are not active, but Retail Locations on the 1st floor of the Student Center will operate with consolidated hours.

Fall 2025 - Spring 2026 Dining Hours
Fall Meal Plans are active Sunday, August 24 through Friday, December 12, 2025. Dining hours are consolidated to the Student Center Dining or DASH during Fall Break, and all Dining Services locations close over Thanksgiving Break and during Winter Closure. Spring Meal Plans are active Monday, January 12 - Friday, May 1, 2026. During Spring Break, service is consolidated to the Student Center Dining or DASH.

Summer 2026 Dining Hours
Student Center Dining is open during the summer from Monday, May 11 through Friday, August 21, except during holidays like Memorial Day and Independence Day. A consolidated menu will be available at DASH Grab'n Go during holidays and holiday weekends for students on meal plans.
- Summer I Meal Plans may be used at the Student Center Dining and are active Monday, May 11 through Wednesday, July 1, 2026.
- Summer II Meal Plans may be used at the Student Center Dining and are active Thursday, July 2 - Friday, August 21, 2026.
