End of Spring Semester Hours
Monday, April 21:
- Typical hours at VDC, SCD and DASH
- LAST Late-Night Carryout @ Café 1903 of the semester
Tuesday, April 22:
- Typical hours at VDC, SCD and DASH
- Breakfast til Midnight @ VDC: 9:30 p.m. - midnight
Wednesday, April 23 and Thursday, April 24:
- Typical hours at VDC, SCD and DASH
Friday, April 25:
- VDC: 7 a.m. – 2 p.m.
- SCD: 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- DASH: Closed
All Dining Centers and carryout locations are closed from Saturday, April 26 – Sunday, May 4, 2025.
Spring Intersession: April 28 - May 2
During the spring intersession week (Monday, April 28 through Friday, May 2), campus cafes, dining centers and carryout locations will be closed. Summer Hours and Summer Meal Plans will begin on Monday, May 5 at the Student Center Dining only.
During this intersession week, the retail locations on the 1st floor of the Student Center will be open with limited summer hours.
Summer Hours: May - August 2025
Beginning Monday, May 5 through Friday, August 15, the Student Center Dining will be reopen for summer sessions.
- Summer I Meal Plans are accepted Monday, May 5 through Wednesday, June 25
Summer II Meal Plans are accepted Thursday, June 26 through Friday, Aug. 15
Special hours will be posted during holidays and special conferences.

Summer weekday venue offerings will include:
- Breakfast: Classics, Fruit Stand, Delight and continental breakfast options
- Lunch and Dinner - Classics, Fruit Stand, The Garden, Fireside, Village Deli, and Delight. (On days with larger groups, more venues may be open based on needs.)
Summer weekend venue offerings will include:
- Classics will serve breakfast options from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. along with Fruit Stand, Delight and continental breakfast options
- The Garden, Fireside and Village Deli will open at 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
- Dinner options will be the same as weekday dinner offerings from 5 - 7 p.m.
Fall 2024 - Spring 2025 Dining Hours
Spring Semester begins on Monday, January 6, 2025 and continues through Friday, April 25, 2025. Hours will differ during Spirit Day and Spring Break, Friday, February 28 - Sunday, March 9, 2025.
