Located on the Engineering Campus in Floyd Hall, Parkview Café features a selection of ready-to-eat and to-go options, including:

Meal Exchange
At Parkview Café, students can stay on the Engineering Campus and still use their meal plan by using meal plan swipes for Meal Exchange once each meal period. A Meal Exchange includes 1 entrée, 1 side, 1 beverage and 1 piece of whole fruit from the assortment of selected items, such as:
- Entree: featured entree, sandwich, salad, pizza
- Side: vegetable, soup, side salad, chips
- Whole fruit: apple, orange, banana
- Beverage: fountain drink, coffee, milk or water
