Midweek Art Break and Therapy Dogs
Posted by Angela Brcka
for University Libraries
Did you know taking study breaks can help you study better? Good study habits don't mean hitting the books all the time. They can also include giving your brain a rest and time to destress so it can process all you've learned.
Stop by for activities like collaging, painting and snuggling with Arthur or Chloe, therapy dogs.
Let’s Talk will also be available from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Let's Talk is a drop-in service offering students a chance to connect for a brief, confidential conversation with a professional counselor to receive consultation, support, advice and/or referrals. Registered WMU students are welcome at any Let’s Talk Location.
Leave feeling refocused and ready to study.
