Meeting Rooms Policy
Western Michigan University Libraries offers WMU faculty and staff meeting space to conduct University business. Meeting rooms may be reserved by University faculty and staff. Proof of faculty/staff status is required at checkout.
Reservations may be made up to 120 days in advance of the meeting.
Room keys in Waldo Library will be loaned from the first-floor service desk to the person who made the reservation.
Rooms are offered as-is, with limited support for room technology, Monday through Friday. Technology support is not available after 5 p.m. or on weekends.
If rearranged, furniture must be returned to its original configuration before leaving.
A purpose of use and number of attendees will be required when submitting a request. Advanced reservations may be suspended if information is incomplete upon submitting room request online.
Library faculty and staff will receive automatic approval when requesting these rooms for their use.
