Waldo Library

Meeting Room 3001

Features large wall-mounted monitor, conferencecam and whiteboards. Maximum capacity of 12. Located in Waldo Library on the third floor near the rotunda.

Features large monitor on a cart and conferencecam. Maximum capacity of 20. Located in Waldo Library on the third floor in the northeast corner near the Graduate Student Commons.

Swain Library

Rooms are available exclusively to WMU faculty and staff on a first-reserved, first-served basis. Students and groups outside the university are prohibited from reserving these spaces through the online reservation system.

A designated room monitor will review all requests for purpose and number of attendees before approving.

Rooms must be booked at least 24 hours in advance. 

Rooms are offered as-is.

Room keys will be available from the first-floor service desk at Waldo Library. Rooms in Swain Library will be unlocked for individuals with reservations.

Individuals will be required to present a picture ID to check out the key.

Instructions for using technology will be posted in each room. Limited on-call support is available up until 4 p.m.

Furniture must be returned to its original configuration before leaving.

Trash must be disposed of in receptacles available immediately outside rooms.
