Meeting Rooms

Our meeting rooms at Waldo Library are available to all Western Michigan University faculty and staff to conduct University business. Are you a student looking for a room to meet in? See our study rooms.

Meeting Room 3001

Features: Large wall-mounted monitor, conferencecam and whiteboards.

Maximum capacity: 12

Location: Waldo Library, third floor near the rotunda.

Meeting Room 3027

Features: Large monitor on a cart and conferencecam.

Maximum capacity: 20

Location: Waldo Library, third floor in the northeast corner near the Graduate Student Commons.

Location: Waldo Library, third floor in southeast corner near the bathrooms.

Meeting room use

Rooms are available exclusively to WMU faculty and staff on a first-reserved, first-served basis. Students and groups outside the university are prohibited from reserving these spaces through the online reservation system.

Rooms are offered as-is.

Room keys will be available from the first-floor service desk at Waldo Library.

Individuals will be required to present a picture ID to check out the key.

Instructions for using technology will be posted in each room. Limited on-call support is available up until 5 p.m.

Furniture must be returned to its original configuration before leaving.

Trash must be disposed of in receptacles available immediately outside rooms.
