Celebrate MLK Day with Dining Services on Monday, Jan. 17 from 5 to 8 p.m. Valley Dining Center and Henry Grab'n Go will feature a variety of favorites including green chili corn chowder, blackened shrimp with cheddar grit cakes, pecan pie and more! Guests may purchase a meal at the door for $11.50 using cash, Dining Dollars or a credit/debit card.
