WMU Duathlon
Join the multisport movement and participate in our summer duathlon
Participants must choose one of these lengths to complete over the week of June 15-21.
1) Sprint length is a 2-mile run, 10-mile bike, and 2-mile run.
2) Full Length is a 6-mile run, 37-mile bike, and 6-mile run.
Participants may complete the distances over multiple days. The goal is to complete the Duathlon one week or less.
Each mile has been broken down into quarter miles for running and one mile for biking. Check off the boxes as you complete
each quarter-mile running or one-mile biking on your tracking form.
Email the completed tracking form to Beth Northuis at beth.northuis@wmich.edu by Monday, June 22.
