2020 NIRSA Regional Basketball Tournament

Registration is now closed for the NIRSA Region III Basketball Tournament. Join us in beautiful Kalamazoo, Michigan, February 14-16. The tournament will be held at the Student Recreation Center on the campus of Western Michigan University over Valentine's Day weekend. Divisions will be offered for men, women and unified teams for you and your team to compete in. 

*Full entry into the tournament will not be confirmed until payment the online form and payment have been received. Teams must bring originals of all additional forms below to check-in at the tournament to complete the registration process.

Refunds and cancellation policy:

Payment for registration will not be refunded once the early registration period has passed. If the tournament is canceled for some reason, a reimbursement will be made to all teams.

Host hotel

Team Check-In

Teams must check-in at the team registration table in the WMU Student Recreation Center, between 4 and 5 p.m. EST on Friday, Feb. 14.

Mandatory Captains' Meeting

Friday, Feb. 14 at 5 p.m. in the Student Recreation Center, Room 3012.

Every team must send one representative to the mandatory captains' meeting.

Officials Registration

Officials registration for the tournament has closed.

All-Tournament Social

Join us on Friday, Feb. 14 at 8 p.m. for the all-tournament social hosted at the state-of-the-art WMU Esports Arena! Come out and meet the tournament staff and have some fun on one of our 36 gaming stations! If you or your team is interested, please let the tournament director Mike Berdowski know!
