Learn how to get stronger, leaner and healthier

Join us for our 3 week learn to lift program to better understand the fundamentals of resistance and cardio exercise. This program will teach you the basics of body weight exercises, resistance machines, and proper cardio programming. You will work closely with one of our certified personal trainers to learn, practice, and apply knowledge of weight and cardio training to get you one step closer to achieving your goals! 

Open to all WMU faculty, staff and students

$40 Western Wellness participant

Tuesdays and Thursdays

12:05 to 1:20 p.m.

Monday and Wednesday from 5:15 to 6:15 p.m.
Tuesday and Thursday from 12:05 to 12:55 p.m.

Other time options are available upon request for groups of three or more.
