Do something fun on Valentine's Day

Partner yoga is a great way to bring two people together, spending time with a friend or significant other. Partners will support one another as they learn basic-to-intermediate yoga poses. This practice involves conscious breathing, changing physicality, focus, communication, and a positive attitude. Weather you fly or remain grounded, there is always an opportunity to explore and have fun.
