Yoga Flow into Finals

We will begin with a gentle warm-up followed by an invigorating flow sequence to get your heart pumping. Afterwards, we will cool down with a deep relaxing exercise designed to calm your body and mind. Perfect for gearing up for finals and getting in the perfect headspace for studying success! 

We will provide mats and water. However, if you have your own mat and towel, bring them! A light dinner will also be provided.
