Learn to Lift program seeks new participants

Learn to Lift is a program that meets twice a week for five weeks designed for participants of all fitness levels. During each one hour session, a personal trainer will lead you and a small group of individuals through a creative, fun and dynamic workout experience.
Registration deadline is Wednesday, Jan. 21, at 1 p.m.
