FAQs

The players already have a solid understanding of the game and exhibit consistent control over their shots. They can execute a variety of strokes, including dinks, volleys, and drives, with reasonable accuracy. At this level, the pickleball players are beginning to develop strategic awareness, often thinking two or three shots ahead. They can sustain longer rallies and effectively anticipate their opponents’ moves.
Their footwork is more refined, allowing for better positioning and quicker reactions. While they may still have occasional errors, their overall consistency and shot placement are much improved. Players at the 3.5 level are often competitive in local tournaments and can adapt their play style to different opponents and conditions.
The tournament ball will be a Franklin X-26.
If you do not have a partner or need assistance finding one, please contact the tournament director, Kyle Belback.
