AVS 4120 LOFT Course Application
AVS 4120 LOFT CLASS
Students interested in Line Oriented Flight Crew Simulation (AVS 4120) at WMU must submit an application for the semester they are interested in taking this class, as the course has limited training lines available each semester that it is offered. The application is used by the College of Aviation to prioritize enrollment needs for the subsequent semester. Delay in applying for the next semester may result in losing priority or being put on a waiting list.
Students with higher priority will be allowed to register sooner than others for their desired section and lab times. Students with too low of priority will be put on a waiting list and encourage to apply again next semester. Aviators who have not completed their instrument and have not gained the needed experience in a Commercial course, are not ready for the rigors of AVS4120. Students who do not have multi-engine time will need to work extra hard to keep up with the intense learning curve of AVS4120.
Several items are used to calculate your priority to take this class. These items are included in the application and are review and checked by college personnel.
Students must meet the following requirements for their application to be considered:
ACADEMIC STANDING REQUIREMENTS
