The dispatcher works closely with crew members to ensure a successful execution of the daily flight schedule.
Education and Experience:
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a 2-year college or technical school. 1-3 years of related experience preferably in an aviation/logistics environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge of FARs in regard to Part 91, 121, or 135 airline operations is preferred.
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and the aptitude to learn customized company software programs.
Required Skills:
- Candidate should work well in a fast-paced environment and be flexible to the changing needs of business.
- Must be detail oriented and able to work productively, independently, or within a team.
- Excellent oral/written communication and problem resolution skills are required.
- Successful candidate will maintain a high level of professionalism while multi-tasking various realtime situations in a face paced environment.
- Our operation is 365/24/7 and candidates must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays as schedule dictates.
