Job: East Coast Aero Club Customer Service Representative
Posted by Reina Cooke on November 27, 2019Customer Service Rep. (FT)– East Coast Aero Club seeks a motivated customer service person to perform varied duties in an exciting working environment. Imagine working in an office where every customer is looking forward to the thrill and challenge of earning a pilot's license, embarking on a helicopter sightseeing tour of Boston, or renting a plane and taking his or her family to the beach for the day. Successful candidate will have heavy customer contact, answer phone questions, schedule, data entry, process payments and light collections; manage security and background check programs, proctor knowledge tests, general office duties. Hours are Tuesday to Saturday 0800-1800. Requirements: pilot’s license or aviation knowledge required. Clean driving record, able to work with minimum supervision, work schedule and duties may change seasonally. Must be over 21 years old. Starting salary is $46,800 with medical, dental, retirement plan, vacation, sick time and flight training discount.
