Aviation Internship Opportunities at ISTAT Member Companies
We are pleased to inform you that the International Society of Transport Aircraft Trading Foundation (ISTAT Foundation) Internship Program is now open for university students worldwide to register and apply for summer and graduate 2020 internship positions.
The ISTAT Foundation's goal is to assist in the development and education of university students with aspirations to become professionals within the commercial aviation industry. Through the use of our web-based portal, qualified students are able to match their skills, background and interests to corporate internships with our ISTAT member companies. Interns placed through the portal will receive the following benefits:
Stipend from the ISTAT Foundation of up to US$2,500 to offset qualified relocation travel and living expenses
Real world, practical experience working for industry leading companies in the aviation finance, leasing, trading, manufacturing and repair sector
Career development
Ability for the student to build a network of industry professionals
Application of classroom knowledge in a work setting
At this time, we would like to ask that you promote this opportunity with students interested in the aviation industry and studying a relevant subject such as: finance, marketing, engineering or law. Please note that while there are many positions posted on the portal, we cannot necessarily guarantee placement for every student application. After registering on the portal, students will have the opportunity to view available positions from around the globe. Students that are successfully placed in an internship position via the portal are eligible to receive a stipend of up to US$2,500 from the ISTAT Foundation to cover qualified relocation travel and accommodation in addition to potential compensation from the employer.
