Job Description:

Integrate and incorporate dealership sales territory reporting changes within the ERP System.

Create, maintain, and enhance Aftermarket Sales Regional and Spare Sales Reports
-
Participate in a range of fields and departments including materials, order administration, planning and logistics).

Create and populate a centralized location for all dealer contacts and basic dealer notes for Aftermarket Sales Team and Marketing to act as an in-house CRM solution.

May be responsible for the financial functions associated with the business acquisition process (proposals) and program execution process (programs)
-
Responsible for setting up, validating and generating complex reports to various internal and external customers
-
Responsible for customer interface and sales guidance to Contracts, Programs, and Finance
Qualifications:

Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Data Analytics, Economics, Management, Information Management Systems or General Business

GPA of 3.0 or greater
Preferred Skills:
-
Knowledge and/or experience in financial stability, analysis, negotiations, cost/schedule development, budgeting, Excel spreadsheets, customer/management reporting, accounts payable, financial analysis and reporting, accounts receivable, financial systems, financial planning, financial modeling, corporate forecasting, contract compliance and/or business acquisitions
