First point of contact for all departing and arriving customers.
Greet all incoming guests and direct them to appropriate areas in a professional, friendly, and hospitable manner.
Make sure the needs of all customers are met while waiting for a departing flight.
Acts as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or information
Answer all phone calls, take and distribute messages or redirect calls to the appropriate department.
Track and maintain all customer vehicle keys, with appropriate return dates noted.
Ensure all external and internal clients’ needs are met.
Coordinate Aircraft Stock Program: ordering and sourcing, maintaining inventory, and stocking
Assist Sales, Marketing, Flight Ops Manager, Operations, and Human Resources with miscellaneous clerical duties, expense reports, brochures, and mailings.
Perform all Concierge services: updating event calendar, making reservations and recommendations, updating weather and notary services.
Assist with setting up tours, ordering and maintaining office supplies, and shipping items as needed.
Perform all other duties assigned to conduct business.
Job Requirements:
Previous hospitality experience encouraged.
Must be 100% customer (internal and external) focused.
Strong customer service background.
Professional phone etiquette, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to develop a rapport with customers and staff.
Strong commitment to uncompromised customer service.
Must be able to maintain strict confidentiality.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and work well in an active environment.
Must be able to work alone and/or with a team.
Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Ability to manage and prioritize projects in a fast-paced work environment.
Ability to lift 10-20 pounds for stocking products.
A valid driver’s license and good driving record.
Submit to an initial drug test along with random drug and alcohol testing to comply with safety and company guidelines.
