Job Position: Training Administrator
- Reports to: Training Manager
Responsibilities:
Schedules flight crew member training and checks
- Reviews training needs via scheduling software and Training Dashboard
- Coordinates with NJM Training Department, Scheduling Department, and Check Airmem
Maintains flight crew member training and checking records
- Organizes and updates training files
- Completes checklists
- Audits training records
Assists with Contract Training Provider Compliance
- Assists with review of contract training providers
- Reviews Contract Check Airmen requirements
Build electronic employee profiles
Other duties as assigned by the Training Manager
Job Requirements:
Strong digital competencies including
- Video/screen sharing software (TEAMS)
- Office 365 cloud computing suite
- Willingness to learn/ train the right candidate
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Aviation field preferred
- High School Diploma required
- 1-2 years experience
Training Administrator
- Schedule – M-F 9am-5pm
- Pay - $20-$22/hr
