Walmart Aviation: Corporate Aviation Maintenance Experience
Experience the life of a Walmart Aviation Maintenance Technician!
The Walmart Corporate Aviation Maintenance Experience is a weeklong opportunity at Walmart Aviation’s home base in Rogers, Arkansas.
Participants will learn about the Walmart Aviation mission by participating in all aspects of the corporate aviation maintenance department. A mentor maintenance manager will work with each participant to guide them through all facets of a corporate aviation operation and provide practical experience of a corporate aviation maintenance technician. Participants will have an opportunity to observe aircraft scheduled maintenance activities, maintenance planning, Inspection/Quality Assurance, hangar operations, and integration with flight operations. Participants will also have the opportunity to experience engine-run & taxi training in a Cessna 680+ Level D flight simulator and tour Textron Service center.

Qualifications:
- Enrolled or recently graduated from a collegiate aviation maintenance program or aviation maintenance training program,
- Completion of General, Airframe, and/or Powerplant certifications,
- Strong interest in business aviation,
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent people skills,
- Motivated self-starter,
- Ability to pass a background check,
- A valid passport.

Walmart Aviation: Corporate Aviation Experience (Pilot)
Experience the life of a Walmart pilot!
The Walmart Corporate Aviation Experience is a weeklong opportunity at Walmart Aviation’s home base in Rogers, Arkansas.
Participants will learn about the Walmart Aviation mission by participating in all aspects of flight operations. A mentor captain will work with each participant to guide them through trip planning, preflight preparation, and flight deck procedures. Participants will have an opportunity to observe a flight crew in action while riding on an aircraft for a typical Walmart business trip. The week will include a hands-on crew experience in a Citation 680+ Level D flight simulator.

Qualifications:
- Enrolled or recently graduated from a collegiate aviation program or flight academy,
- FAA commercial pilot certificate with airplane multi-engine land rating,
- Strong interest in business aviation,
- Excellent people skills,
- Motivated self-starter,
- Actively flying or flight instructing,
- Ability to pass a background check,
- A valid passport,
- CFI certificates are a plus.
