We are committed to offering scholarships and programs to strengthen and inspire future business aviation talent.
The 2020 Scholarship Awards Consist of the Following:

Williams Engines Training Courses
Collins Aerospace ProLine Avionics Training Course
*Includes travel stipend

Applicant must complete and submit via email the Michigan Aviation Scholarship Application, including supporting documentation, to miaviationscholarships@gmail.com by April 5th, 2020.

Applicants enrolled in a college program should have an accumulated GPA of at least 3.0 (on a 4.0 scale)

Supporting documentation must be included with the application: a. A current resume
b. Proof of U.S. Citizenship to include a U.S. Passport or Birth Certificate
c. If currently enrolled in a college program an unofficial school transcript including GPAd. A one page essay describing the applicant’s aviation background, current status and future aviation goals. e. Photocopies of all FAA rating/certificates held

Applicants applying for the Flight Training Awards or Cash Awards must be available to attend a formal interview at the Amway Hangar in Grand Rapids on April 24th, 2020. Applicants applying for the Maintenance/Avionics Training Awards may or may not be interviewed April 24th, 2020, but will be informed in advance of a scheduled interview location and time.

Recipients must be available to accept their award in person at one of the awards ceremonies scheduled for either June 5th or September 11th, 2020.
