Women in Aviation International is thrilled to offer the 2022 WAI scholarship program featuring a variety of career pursuits. Scholarships include funding to further members' interests in aerospace engineering, aviation maintenance, flight training, helicopter ratings, dispatch, and professional development.
Applications are due October 12, 2021, and you must be an active WAI member by October 1, 2021, to apply. The 2022 scholarships will be awarded during the 33rd Annual International Women in Aviation Conference in Nashville, Tennessee, March 17-19, 2022.

flyGIRL/Sporty's Scholarship
The flyGIRL scholarship is open to female U.S. citizens of any age with an interest in aviation. The scholarship money will be paid directly to the flight school and must be used within a year of receipt. It can be used for a private pilot certificate or any advanced certificate or rating. Include in your essay why you should be awarded the funds and specifically what the funds will be used for. A personal meeting or phone interview may also be required.
