NBAA Leadership Conference Scholarship
Attendance at the NBAA Leadership Conference promotes the professional development of individuals seeking careers in flight department management. Those who currently work in the business aviation industry and who meet the requirements below are encouraged to apply. Applications will be reviewed and evaluated based upon the career planning and progress of the individual toward a leadership career. The 2024 Leadership Conference will be held on Feb. 5-7 in Palm Springs, CA.
This scholarship will be redeemable under the conditions established by NBAA and its donors. Each recipient will be granted complimentary registration to the 2024 NBAA Leadership Conference and a small stipend for travel. Applicants are limited to receiving one award per person every other year; i.e., recipients of a 2023 scholarship are not eligible to apply for the 2024 awards, but they will be eligible again in subsequent years.

- A completed scholarship application consists of the following:
- the application form
- a current resume
- an essay
- two signed letter of recommendations, one from your current supervisor
