Marching Band Camp Meal Plans for Students
Fall Meal Plans begin on Sunday, August 24 - Interested in having a meal plan during Band Camp this year?
Purchase a Band Camp Meal Plan to get a discount from the door rate during the first week of band camp, Monday, August 18 through Saturday, August 23.
- 6 meals (costing $78)
- 12 meals (costing $144)
Entrance to the dining center without a meal plan will cost $15 for lunch or dinner and $10 for breakfast.
These meals can be used from Monday, August 18 through Saturday, August 23. On Sunday, August 24th, Fall Meal Plans become active; any remaining meals from the Band Camp Meal Plan will expire after dinner on Saturday, August 23.
Dining Center Hours During Band Camp
The Student Center Dining (3rd floor of the Student Center) will be open Monday, August 18 through Friday, August 22:
- Breakfast: 7 - 9 a.m.
- Lunch: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
- Dinner: 5 - 7 p.m.
On Saturday, August 23, the Valley Dining Center will be open 7 a.m. - 8 p.m.
To purchase:
- Email Dining Services from your student WMU email address and indicate which option you would like to have charged to your student account. Please also provide your Western Identification Number (WIN). Please allow up to one business day for your request to be processed.
- You will receive a response with the Meal Plan Contract attached and confirmation of the meal option selected. You will be asked to respond to the email and agree to follow the contract.
- Your Student Account will be charged after @email receives an affirmative to following the Meal Plan Contract.
- Meals will be valid from Monday, August 18 through Saturday, August 23 and any unused meals will expire after dinner on Saturday, August 23. Fall Meal Plans begin on Sunday, August 24.
