Student Meal Plans

Where are you planning to live?

Where you live (residence halls versus apartments/off-campus) provides you with different choices. Please select where you are planning to live to learn more about your options.

Components of Meal Plans

Meal swipes

provide students access to Valley Dining Center, Student Center Dining, grab'n go, late-night carryout and Meal Exchange at participating Campus Cafés, no matter where you live!

Dining Dollars

come with GOLD meal plans, and are loaded onto your meal plan on the first day of each semester. Dining Dollars can be used instead of cash or credit at the Campus Cafés and retail locations in the Student Center. Unused Dining Dollars that come with meal plans in the fall will roll over into the spring semester, but all Dining Dollars from meal plans will expire at the end of the spring semester.

Guest Passes

also come with GOLD meal plans, and are loaded onto your meal plan on the first day of each semester. Guest passes can be used to bring family or friends into the dining center with you for a meal. Unused Guest Passes at the end of fall semester will roll over into the spring semester, but any unused passes will expire at the end of the spring semester.

Other payment options

Students, faculty/staff and guests may also pay the door rate to enter a Dining Center using Dining Dollars, cash or credit card.
