This unique and timely book offers a synthesis, analysis and evaluation of education-related rulings the United States Supreme Court from 2005-present. Throughout the course of the twentieth century into the twenty-first century, the Supreme Court issued rulings, which frequently vacillate based on the political composition of the Justices who sit on the bench.
