Meet Jada: Administrative Assistant I

I am an Admin I for the Department of Counselor Education and Counseling Psychology. My favorite part of the job is getting to help students navigate and connect with our department more closely. There's a lot going on at WMU so any time I can simplify a process or help point a student in the right direction, it makes my day better.  

The Kalamazoo Institute of Art - I've taken some awesome ceramics classes at the KIA. It's a great place to pick up new hobbies and crafts and the people (staff, instructors, and students) are all so friendly and welcoming!

Waldo Library - I love books!

Teleportation - I'd travel the world, visit family, and never deal with traffic again. 

I have family who graduated from WMU, so it came highly recommended! Plus, there are many benefits and perks to being a staff member and master's student at WMU. Go Broncos!
