Dr. Roman Grubbs' biography

Dr. Roman Grubbs teaches large-scale change and organization design in the Masters of Arts in the Organizational Change Leadership program at WMU. He has earned an M.A. in Forensic Psychology and a Ph.D. in Business Psychology. His dissertation and research explore the impact of group composition and diversity on performance and group processes. Dr. Grubbs is the director of recruiting and corporate training and development at a preclinical research organization. He is a United States Army veteran, co-founder of an organizational consulting company and a member of the American Psychological Association. Dr. Grubbs’ approach to teaching is process-oriented. He creates the context in which students own their own learning and experience in a challenging and rigorous, yet safe and supportive, environment.
