Western Michigan University’s Organizational Change Leadership (OCL) Advisory Board is where expertise meets innovation. This dynamic group of industry leaders and organizational change practitioners collaborates with faculty to ensure the OCL program stays cutting-edge, relevant, and impactful for today’s students.
What Does the Advisory Board Do?
The Advisory Board is more than a think tank—it’s a powerhouse of knowledge, strategy, and forward-thinking ideas. Members:

- Analyze Trends: Share insights on industry conditions, organizational needs, and student preferences to keep the program competitive.

The Board meets twice a year, offering students the chance to benefit from a program informed by the latest industry insights:
- Spring: Downtown WMU facility in Grand Rapids.
- Fall: WMU’s vibrant new Student Center in Kalamazoo.
