Local Harvest Dinner
Both dining centers will feature an assortment of locally sourced offerings from the KVCC ValleyHUB that helps connect local farmers to local markets in Southwest Michigan on Thursday, September 18 from 5 - 8 p.m.
Dinner will feature Brats with Sauteed Onions from Jake's Country Meats, Harvest Vegetable Cakes with Red Pepper Coulis, Roasted Carrots, Parsnips and Beets, Homemade Apple Cobbler!
