- 6:30 to 7:15 a.m. with Jake and Lindsey (9 per class)
- 12:15 to 1 p.m. with Ben and Maddie G. (9 per class)

HOW TO JOIN FITNESS CLASSES THIS SEMESTER AT THE SRC
1. Go to: ExperienceWMU
2. Search for the Student Recreation Center under organizations
3. Click Join to activate your membership
a. ExperienceWMU will accept the new member and add to the Fitness Participant Group
b. Fill out Waiver and Liability form
c. Fill out the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q)
4. RSVP to one of our online virtual fitness classes or reserve your spot in one of our Outdoor Fitness classes.
Space is limited and RSVP is required to reserve your spot in all of the fitness classes.
HOW TO CHECK INTO AN IN-PERSON FITNESS CLASS AT THE SRC
- All participants need to have SRC access, current Bronco ID, Sindecuse virtual badge in green, and a face-covering (mask).
- If you do not have SRC access, an $8 access pass can be purchased at the service desk in order to attend the class.
- Participants should arrive 15-minutes before class starts.
- Face-coverings (mask) will need to be worn while interacting with the SRC staff, instructor and/or while getting equipment.
- In case of a cancellation, a message will be made one-hour prior to the class. Participants who sent an RSVP to class will be contacted through ExperienceWMU, and it will be posted on social media.
