David Reva
David Reva's biography
David Reva is a part-time instructor who teaches special topics courses in WMU’s Master of Arts in Organizational Change Leadership program. His teaching experience includes graduate courses in project management and needs analysis in the Department of Education, Leadership, Research and Technology at Western Michigan University. Reva has also accrued 30 years of teaching experience at Kalamazoo Valley Community College, where he has been active in the Departments of Computer Information Systems and Business. Now a retired student service consultant from Calhoun Intermediate School District (CISD), Reva guided K12 school districts within the CISD through significant technology changes implementing and coordinating student management system deployments. He earned a Master of Arts degree in Educational Leadership from WMU with an emphasis in HRD, Evaluation, and Personnel Training and Development. Today, Reva's research interest is specifically tied to design thinking and how it is leveraged to assist organizations in dealing with change.
